I should post Halloween pictures. Because I'm so late, I'll just put the pics. The boys were so cute as the Three Musketeers. The day before we went to main street for trick or treating. The boys won first place in the costume contest.

Then we went to the Great Wolf Lodge again for their Halloween party. I'm glad the boys we preoccupied with the water park because they only ended up with about 5 pieces of candy. They spent two days playing in the water.

Hope everyone had a wonderful Halloween and Thanksgiving and maybe I'll get some Christmas pictures up before Easter!

Since it is almost half way through November I will go ahead and post our Halloween pictures. (sorry you had to way so long Dad!) I think I'm going to have to do these in two posts. I can't narrow down the pictures enough! And I forgot about loading the pictures in reverse order so read from the bottom up.

Time for an Update

Ok, I need to update. We have been busy around here, but what else is new. I can't believe it is already October! It will be Halloween soon. It has even felt like fall here for a few days. Fall is my favorite season. Too bad we don't get more of it.

Camden lost his first tooth. He was worried because "everyone" else had already lost one. Now it is, "Everyone has an Ipod, Mom!" Well, sorry. You're 6.

Last night we went to the police station open house. The boys love it. The police station and fire station have open houses every year for kids to come and see all the equipment and meet the policemen/firemen.

They had face painting. Zachary chose a skull. Out of all the cute examples, he chose a skull.

Jackson wanted a puppy. Camden got a police car on his hand. He didn't want his face to get "dirty".

We love going to Legacy concerts. There is nothing better than sitting listening to them sing rocking my nephew. Jackson also loves to hold "his" baby.

Today is also my Daddy's birthday. Happy Birthday Dad! Wish you were here! He lives in Germany so we don't get to see him very often. Have a wonderful day!!!

I have been meaning to give each of these their own post but now know that is not going to happen so I'll just put them all together. Jackson was two on June 7 and we went to the park for an evening birthday party. It was actually pretty nice for June. The boys love this park because they can play on the playground, play in the water and play soccer.

We also have enjoyed our fair share of lake time this summer. They boys are huge water babies.

There is a restaurant on the lake we love and eat at regularly. Jackson really like the live music this night. None of our boys are are shy and never meet a stranger. He came right up to her and she picked him up and set him on her lap to sing.

4th of July

We had a great time celebrating the 4th of July. I love living in a big city where there are lots of choices for fireworks. We watched a great show in Coppell on the 3rd and another one on the 4th on Lake Grapevine. The boys love the one on the lake because from where we were you could see five different shows going off in different directions. Besides being hot and sticky we had a great time.

I can't seem to keep this blog current. I am so behind! So because of that, this post just has random pics that I have been meaning to post since May. I will try to do another one in a few days to get caught up! Hahaha!

For Camden's birthday/Kindergarten graduation we went to The Great Wolf Lodge. If you haven't heard of it, look up their website. They have a huge indoor water park and several other things the boys loved. It is just a huge hotel centered around kids. Saying the boys loved it would be a huge understatement. I'm sure we'll be back. I bought a water camera but it was kinda dark so the pictures were terrible. I managed to save a few you could sorta see what was going on but most of the ones were just gray - including the one of us in the lazy river with Greg Ellis. Oh well.

We also spent an evening at a little carnival in Grapevine in May. I always forget how much money you can spend at one of those, especially now with 3 children wanting to do all the rides and eat themselves sick.

It took them forever to find their way out of the House of Mirrors.

Huge Catch-up

We have been very busy since my last update. I will try to cram as much as I can in this one and won't wait so long next time. Yesterday was Jackson's 2nd birthday and I promise give him his own post next time. The last couple of weeks we have had a kindergarten graduation, a weekend at the great wolf, spent an evening at the carnival and had lots of family time.

Last week Camden graduated from kindergarten and had his last day of school. He will proudly tell anyone that he is now a first grader.

About a week ago we met up with our good friend Kristen. She got some great pictures of the boys. It has been along time since we've had any of all three of them. She was so patient and good with them. I don't know how many times I heard, "Take a picture of me doing.....". And she did. Every time. Thanks Kristen! We love them!

Sunday afternoon my mom and I left for Lubbock to be there for Clint and his wife for the birth of their baby, Cadence. He was born Monday afternoon. We had a great few days holding him and helping get his nursery ready. I think I was able to quinch my baby urge -- at least for a little while!

Our C-Baby is now 6 years old! Hard to believe, I know. He has had a few days of celebrating. Saturday night we went to his favorite restaurant, Joe's Crab Shack, and I can't believe I forgot the camera! The boys played outside on the playground for 45 minutes while we waited for our table and had a blast. After lots of food and dancing with the waitresses, they had Camden run around the room banging two lids together while everyone sang "Happy Birthday". He loved it. Sunday he went to play miniature golf with Daddy and today he got to open a few presents and eat what he wanted, which consisted of waffles, pizza, cake, pancakes and more cake.

We all went to school to eat lunch with him.

We also had a great time Sunday at the church picnic. I don't think the boys ever ate more than one bite, and maybe a cookie but they sure had a great time.

Happy Birthday Camden!! You are such a sweet, energetic, happy boy and we couldn't love you more! You are a wonderful big brother to Zachary and Jackson, they are lucky to have you. Hope you had a fantastic day!

Really and truly! We got some computer virus a couple months ago and took it in to be fixed and not 3 days later it crashed again. So after trying everything we knew, we just got a new one. We'll see how long it lasts. But for now - I am sooo behind! I'll start with Zachy's 3rd birthday. February 24 he turned 3. Told you I was behind. I have every intention of coming back later and adding pictures of these last 3 years ;) But today I'll just post some pictures of the party.

Last weekend Thomas the Tank Engine was in town so we took the boys to see him. Justin's brother was here and I know he just loved walking around saying hi to Thomas, Sir Tomham Hat, Emily and all the others!

Now that it is almost mid-January I am ready to post our Christmas pictures. We spent Christmas Eve at my mom's then came home and opened presents from my dad and went back to mom's in the morning. This year we tried to have the boys play with each present as they opened them so present opening time lasted all morning.

I promise I will let you all know how our Christmas/New Year's/My 30th Birthday were as soon as I can. I just need to download all our 300 photos! We did have a good Christmas - all the boys were really into it this year. Justin and I went with mom and a friend of hers to the Omni Hotel on New Years for a murder mystery dinner theater. Yesterday I turned 30! I can't believe I am old enough to be 30 and married with 3 kids. Mom watched the boys all afternoon and evening so Justin and could go out. We went and saw The Curious Case of Benjamin Button - great - and had dinner at The Melting Pot - great - and did a little shopping.

Well, that is it in a nut shell. I will get those pictures downloaded and will add those soon. Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday!!

Sorry Mindy! I was tagged forever ago and am just now getting down to doing it. When Camden started school I wanted to volunteer when I could. So I jumped right in and joined the PTA Board to chair the book fair. It was last week so I have been crazy buzy for a couple of weeks. After being at home with 3 babies for 5 years, it was a nice change. It was nice to have adult conversations all day, to be in charge of something different and to be appreciated (by someone other than my husband). But now it is over and I can get back to diaper changes, dishes, laundry and blogging!

Since I am a little behind, I'll just post our pictures from the pumpkin patch and from Halloween together. So - since I have lots of pictures, I won't write much.

Last week we went to the pumpkin patch and the boys had a great time.

They loved pulling the wagons.

Before I got a single picture, Jackson did a face plant and scratched up his nose and lip.

Our previous patch pictures are on a disc somewhere, but if I find them soon I post them.

For Halloween night we went to Main Street for their big carnival they have every year. I like that more door-to-dooring because the boys get so wrapped up in the games and other activities that they don't want to go to the stores for candy. That means we come home with very little candy!

Before they started playing - I got lots of compliments on their costumes but I didn't like the way their boots came out. They wouldn't stay in place - I should have just put some tape on black rain boots.

Hope everyone had a wonderful time - now I can't wait until Christmas!!

Bad Mommy!

While I sort laundry, the little boys usually love to help. Usually that makes for a very long process. Today they found something else to keep them occupied.

What does that say on the bottom?

Justin got a good kick out of it. It brought back a good memory (for him!) When his sister Mary was little he asked her if she wanted to ride on a space ship and put her in the dryer. He then shut the door and turned it on. He says he only let her turn twice before he let her out. See, Clint, you had it easy!

Hook 'Em Horns!

Yeah for Texas! I married into a HUGE Texas family and I guess it has rubbed off a little. Before the game we went to a local fire station for their open house. The boys had a wonderful time - even with Justin checking his watch every 5 minutes to make sure we weren't going to miss one second of the game. They boys were able to talk to all the firemen, climb on the fire engines and ambulances and eat popcorn. They, well Camden and Zachary, decided they should all be firemen for Halloween. *Kendra* Camden said, "Then we can be just like Mr. Jeremy!"

He knew I was going to take pictures, so Jackson spilled chocolate milk on his horns shirt as we were walking out the door.

He somehow cut his leg on something in the engine and had to get bandaged by a fireman.

They had set up this really cute cut-out of a house. Behind it they were lighting a fire and letting the kids spray water through the window to put out the fire. It was hard to get the boys to stop.

August Post

Back in August we went to a birthday party for the little boy of one of Justin's best friends. Micah - who is named after another good friend that was died in a kayaking accident, Micah Tate - is now 3 years old. That is where Zachary got his middle name, Zachary Tate. Anyway we got some really cute pictures and I am just now getting around to posting them. Enjoy!

After all the kids hit the pinata 3 times, it still had not cracked so Justin took a whack at it. Yes he's soaked. He was half way across the yard following Zachary when Zach ran around the pool and jumped in the deep end. I'm so glad Justin was one step behind him.

I promise I am not trying to win the worst-blogger-award, but we have been busy. After living at mom's for the whole summer we are finally moved in. When I say moved in I mean we are physically in. Most of our stuff is still in boxes and I am trying to unpack the essentials while 6 little hands help me unpack/repack. Shara, you know what I'm talking about.

Camden started kindergarten 2 weeks ago and is loving it. I knew he would. He pretended to be shy on meet the teacher night and I promised Mrs. Powell it wouldn't last. Sure enough on the 2nd day of school she meet me in the hall and told me what a sweet boy Camden is. She did say he is quite the chatter box. He loves P.E./Recess. I could have picked that, it's the only time he can be as loud as he wants.

I thought maybe, just maybe, Camden would be a little tired when we picked him up. Not a chance. He has been going to sleep at night easily now.

We finally got Jackson his first haircut. I have been waiting because of the curls. His is about as curly as Camden's was and after we cut his the first time, the curls went away. For now it hasn't changed.

I thought I might try potty training while we were at mom's - hahaha - anyway we had to get Thomas underwear. I asked him what color he wanted to wear and he said "blue". So we put the blue ones one, "and green", so we put the green ones on, "and red", so we put the red ones on. Here he is wearing 6 pairs.

Rain

Sorry we have been gone so long! We are desperately trying to get moved in before Camden starts school Monday. In May we found out that the house we were renting (to see if we wanted to move to the area) had been foreclosed and we had 2 weeks to move out. So.....we moved into my mom's house while Justin finished the wood floors in our house in Flower Mound. I truly thought we would be moved in by July. It is now almost September. Our summer has not gone exactly as planned.

But - on to pictures. I love rain. I love the smell of rain. I love the sound of rain. I love watching rain. I love that it cools off our 100+ days. We have been blessed with a few days of rain and wanted to take advantage of them. The boys and I have spend several hours this week outside playing in the rain. What a way to spend your last week of summer!

Most of the yard is full of grass so naturally they spend the whole day in the one little corner that was all mud.

I apologize to Camden for the underwear pictures.

We lost 3 of Mimi's spoons in the mud. I'm sure we'll find them the next time someone cuts the grass.

We are really still here - we have just had a crazy summer. For about 5 days now I have been trying to find time to post pictures of our Independence Day celebrations. On the 3rd we went to the Southlake fireworks. They were good and the boys had fun. We went with my step dad's family so there were lots of kids for them to play with. I didn't get many good pictures from that night.
On the 4th we went to Lake Grapevine and spent the day swimming in the lake. They had wonderful fireworks and it was so much fun to watch them from the boat - even though we were close enough to have it rain ashes on us.
Camden was so excited about using a tube on the lake - until it was time to get on. We got the tube in the water and told him to get on but he didn't want to. So I, being the mean mommy that I am, told him he had to. For about a week all I had heard about was going to the lake to use his tube and I knew if he didn't I would hear about how he wanted to do it for the next week. So this picture looks like he is smiling, but it is fake. Even though I am right next to him holding on to him. (I just wasn't about to put a picture of me for the whole world to see after I had been in the lake out in the sun all day!)

I also want to wish my wonderful little brother a happy 25th birthday! Clint, you are an amazing brother and uncle. I am so proud of what you are doing now. I can't believe you are 25!!! Speaking of Clint - those of you who haven't heard him and his group Legacy, they are going to be in the metroplex soon. Saturday was Jackson's first birthday. The other boys have grown up so fast, but this one felt like I just skipped about 10 months. It really does feel like just the other day when we brought him home. I guess when there is three you don't have time to sit and take everything in. It makes me sad to think I might be missing something. But - he is a wonderful baby. He is still crawling, not taking any steps yet. He pulls up on everything and can climb up on all kinds of things - couch, chairs, beds. He has become a very fast crawler and can almost keep up with the other boys when they run around the house. He is saying Dada, Mama, no no no and ni ni (night night). He loves the water and to be outside. Here are some pictures from this last year. We are going to have a birthday party this weekend down at Justin's parents house so we just got together and had a cookout and cupcakes. It is so hard to get Jackson to sit still long enough to take a picture so I just have a ton of his many faces and of him moving all around.

Baby Brother's Wedding

We are back from New Mexico where my baby brother was married. Yes, he will always be my baby brother when he is 6 years younger - even if he is 24 now! The little boys did much better than I was expecting. After 8 hours in the car Thursday, they arrived in a very good mood. I have to hand it to my wonderful husband and his parents. My mom and I left early so we could help with last minute details, so that left Justin and this parents to get there with the boys. And in true Justin style he made there with a smile and not one complaint - that I heard.

It was an outdoor wedding and we woke up Saturday to dark clouds. It started to pour around lunch time. By the time we got there for pictures, everything was soaking wet. It would rain, then stop for 10 min and then start up again. The men helped move all the tables and chairs inside for the reception, but Clint and Jacey were going to get married outside if at all possible. When 6:30 came they were able to have the ceremony outside with out one drop. When everyone was inside for the reception, it started to rain again. God's timing.

Camden got to be the ring bearer. He didn't understand why he had to carry a pillow. It was all I could do to get him to carry it with both hands.

WARNING! Lots of Pics!!!

Monday was Camden's 5th birthday. He had a gread day - making chocolate chip cookies for his friends in school, playing with the neighbors and eating pancakes for dinner. I honestly can't believe it has been this long. Imagine after 5 years 22 hours of labor doesn't seem that bad! He is such a good boy with a sweet spirit. He can write his name and the alpahbet, know all colors and shapes and is very athletic. He can run for hours. I thought I would leave you with a few pictures of the past 5 years. I'm sorry there are so many, I couldn't choose!

Last Friday we had Camden's 5th birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese. He had a wonderful time with many friends there to help celebrate. I won't bore you with the details, I'll just show you what you really come here for - pictures!

We have finished two more bedding sets. I can't figure where to take the best pictures. I did several inside and didn't really like them so we tried outside.

We also made matching burp cloths.

Here is the other set. Besides Jackson's we haven't made any other boy sets. It is so fun to do something with pink in it for a change.

Mama said there'd be days like this

It's been one of those days. I was in the kitchen fixin' lunch and I should have noticed Zachary was too quiet. I heard him coming down the hall from Camden's room saying, "Momma, I stinky." I turned around to go change him and he was looking right at me with his hand straight out. "I wash hands." One guess as to what was on his hands. Camden did this so I should have been expecting it again. I wiped him off and started a bath. While I was cleaning Camden's carpet, books, toys, TV, wall, door - you get the picture - Zachary was again too quiet. I went into the bathroom and he had poured about half of the water from the tub onto the floor. Why did I let him play with cups! After getting all of that cleaned up we finally got to have lunch. As soon as he climbed up in his highchair and I put the tray full of food on the chair, he pushed it and if fell onto the floor. At this time I was tired of cleaning up messes so I just let Penny in and she ate Zachary's lunch. So instead of leftover spaghetti and oranges, Zachary had cookies and fruit snacks. At least Jackson was sleeping and Camden was at school.

Now for pictures. I have cute ones that have nothing to do with today, but I didn't think anyone would enjoy looking at what I have looked at all day.

I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter! Our boys had a good time. We had several egg hunts before Sunday and I'm glad. Sunday turned out to be pretty chilly.

We went to Bear Creek Park for their Easter Egg Hunt. This is me trying to get both boys to sit for a nice picture. You can see Camden is trying to help by grabbing Zachary's jacket.

The boys looked so cut Sunday I really wanted a good picture of the three of them together. We tried at home before we left and didn't get any so I tried again at church. This is what I got.

Seriously! Let's recap on the month of March. March 1 - we had Zachary's party outside at a park. Gorgeous weather. March 2 & 3 - small snow fall. March 4 & 5 - beautiful outside. March 6 - SNOW! We have had about 6 inches already at our house and it is still snowing. It started around noon and in 10 minutes our yard looked like this.

After an hour it looked like this.

And I thought we were done with our ski clothes. Silly me.

Penny loved playing in it. She ran/jumped around and ate as much as she could.

Zachy's Party

We had Zachy's birthday party Saturday. We couldn't have asked for a nicer day. It was beautiful. We only had one little friend come (thanks Callie!) but I don't think he minded. He really had a great time.
Camden and Zachary spent most of the time flying kites. This was Zachary's first time to have a kite. He enjoyed just running and having it follow behind him. Camden got the hang of it and loved it.Camden's cheeks turn bright red when he runs.

Jackson attached himself to my friend Heather so her husband helped her eat pizza and I took the opportunity to feed Jackson while his hands were occupied.

This was Jackson's first taste of icing!

This summer my mom and I started a business making baby things. We didn't really get serious about it until a few months ago. We have made a few bedding sets that I will post as soon as I can get some good pictures of them. The exciting news is that we have had our first order! My life long friend Heather ordered a hooded towel and washcloth set.

I am so excited to be doing something crafty again. I absolutly love crafts but just don't seem to have much time for them anymore. I wonder why. I got really into scrapbooking when Camden was born and I have two really cute books of him from birth until his 2nd birthday. He's almost 5. That's how long it has been. Hopefully this will give me an excuse to get back into some things.

Today was Zachary's second birthday. I cannot believe it has already been two years. I know everyone always says it goes by fast, but I have to say it again. It goes by SO fast. He had a good day.

He woke up to donuts and balloons before church. After church we went to lunch with some friends.

After a nice long nap - about 18 minutes - we all walked down to the park. It was a beautiful day. All the boys, and Penny, love to be outside. And the day can't be complete without an injury. After his bath he fell on the tile and now has another goose egg on his forehead. We should have bought stock in ice packs. I am trying to get him excited about his party which is Saturday but I'm not sure he understands. I'm sure he'll have a wonderful time.

Rub A Dub Dub - 3 boys in a tub!

All 3 of our boys love to take baths. Last night was Jackson's first time in the big bathtub. He loved being in there with the other boys. It is a little crowded with all of them!

If you look at Zachary's cheek you can see his newest injury. He was outside playing with the puppy and she jumped up and got his cheek. As soon as one thing is heeling something else happens!

Just the two of us

It has been quiet in the Potter house for the last few days. Friday Justin went down to his parents house to work on a few things and took the older boys so they could spend some time with Nana and P'pop. They were going to come home Sunday after church but Justin called Saturday night and said there was something wrong with our car. Of course no one could look at it until today. It is a small repair - something to do with the gear shift - but the part is going to have to be ordered. Hopefully they will be home tomorrow night or Wednesday. S0000.... Jackson and I are spending alot of one on one time. I don't know what to do any more with only one child!

Jackson has been busy lately. He got his fourth tooth and is sitting up very well now. And I guess sitting up for a week is now boring because today he started to crawl. I'm sure it will only be a matter of time before he is chasing the other two around the house!

My babies are growing up

First of all, for all of you who couldn't post a comment - I think I fixed it so now anyone can leave one.

All of my babies are growing up. Camden had his first dinner guest. His little girlfriend (sorry Mandy!) stayed for dinner last night. She is in kindergarten (an older woman) and lives across the street. She comes over to get him everyday when she gets home from school so they can play. She is a sweet little girl.

Zachary's hand is doing much better. It really didn't slow him down very much.

Jackson finally started sitting up. I'm sorry to everyone who had to listen to me about this. He will only sit for a minute and then goes to eat his toes and topples over. I don't know why these pictures are so small!

15 Hours

What can happen in about 15 hours? With 3 small boys - alot!

A goose egg - Camden and Zachary were jumping on the bed and cracked heads.

Scratched hands - our new puppy loves to play with the boys but gets a little rough.

A burned hand - Zachary was unloading the dishwasher faster than I could load it so I put him in the garage with Daddy. I didn't know he had turned on the space heater while he was working and sure enough, Zachary touched it. You can see the blisters on his fingers.

Our trip to Colorado

We went to Colorado for the holiday weekend. We got up at 5:00 Friday morning to get to the airport by 7:00. Camden and Zachary were excited about being able to get on a plane. As were were pulling into our parking space I thought about Camden's passport. I had taken it out intending on taking it just in case. I looked in the diaper bag and sure enough I had left it on the desk. I then realized I had left my wallet at home also. And in the wallet - my driver's license. By now it is 8:00 and there is no way we are going to make it all the way back home to Keller and back to DFW in time to board the flight. Justin checked and was told I could not board with out form of ID and that there were 2 other flights that day but they were both overbooked. I called Mom to see if she had any suggestions and she said she would check other airlines. I went back up to the ticket counter to talk to another gentleman that had just walked out. He asked if he could help me and I told him the deal. He started typing on the computer and in about 10 seconds had a boarding pass for me and Jackson. Justin had already gotten on for Camden, Zachary and himself. I told him again I didn't have ID. He said that was fine and I would just be subject to more security checks. Justin had moved the car up to the door so we could get our luggage out as fast as we could and loaded in the plane. The guy helped me with the boys so we could go ahead and get through security. Luckily there was no line. He helped Zachary and Camden take their shoes off and then handed them over so a lady on the other side of the metal detector and she help them put them back on. By this time Justin had reparked the car and had made it through security also. We got to our gate just in time to get on the plane. The flight there went very well. When we first sat down I noticed Jackson needed a new diaper. I took him to the bathroom expecting there to be some kind of little changing table or something. There wasn't. So I sat down on the toilet and crammed my legs up on the wall and changed him on my lap trying not to get anything on my pants. When we got settled again Jackson and Camden slept and Zachary was happy looking the window and drinking Dr. Pepper the flight attendant kept bringing him. Hey - whatever keeps him happy. Little did I know that was the last time he was going to be happy until Monday night when we got to our neighborhood.

When we finally got everyone, all the car seats and all the luggage in the rental we finally headed out for some lunch. After we had ice cream at Dairy Queen we go back in the car to head up the mountain to Keystone. About 15 minutes up the mountain Zachary started to whine. I was sure it was his ears so I gave him a sippy cup to suck on. He went to sleep for a few minutes and woke up whining. This was the theme the whole trip. I don't know if he just couldn't get his ears to pop or if he couldn't warm up or what. The only time he smiled was for a second when Justin was taking him around our cabin on a snowmobile. Camden had a wonderful time. He had planned on putting him in ski school but when we got there, the school was completely booked because of the holiday weekend. So he did alot of tubing and sledding. The only time he wasn't happy is when we make him come in and warm up. Jackson did well if he was inside. We took him with us once to do some family tubing and he just got too cold to have much fun. We bundled him up as much as we could with lots of layers, socks, gloves and blankets but his face was cold. It was a little chilly. Most days the wind chill was -25 and the temp was 0-3 deg. I didn't get many pictures because I almost always had a child on my hip. I really wanted a cute one of the boys in the snow but maybe next time.

Mom and I almost didn't get to come home Monday. I should tell you this was United. We got the the ticket counter 3 hours before our flight and the two of us didn't get a seat assignment. We were told to check at the gate when we got there. It was snowing pretty hard so our flight had been delayed about an hour. Our gate was loading the previous flight and we were told to wait until they were done with that. So we went back and sat down. After the San Fransisco flight had all been boarded and they changed the sign to say Dallas we went back up to get a seat. We were told again to sit down and they would call our names. We waited and listened to 15 people get their name called and get a seat assignment. Then the guy left the desk and went over to the door and started calling sections to board. We immediately went over - with Jackson so he could see we had a baby - and asked again about our seats. He told us it was overbooked and there were no more seats. I was starting to get a little fired up and asked him if he noticed the infant that was on my him. He said he understood - bolognese - but they were over booked. Now I understand that it is not his fault that they book 30 people more than the plane will hold because they want to make every dollar they can and heaven forbid they have an empty seat on the plane if someone doesn't show up. They said they would give us a hotel and food passes to take another flight. Justin asked if we could get our luggage and they said no. He also told Justin he couldn't get the vouchers because he already had a seat. By now I was mad and let him know it. Everyone one had boarded the flight now and Justin came over to tell him he was not getting on without me. This guy never looked up at us but reached down and slapped two ticket on the counter and told Justin he had our tickets all along he just wanted to listen to us. I don't remember the last time I was too shocked to move or talk. When I got my breath back I told him I wanted his name. He pointed to his badge which didn't have a name just a series of numbers and said this was the last call for boarding. When we got on the plane he had sat both of us, me with Jackson and mom with Zachary on the exit row. The poor flight attentant said , "I can't have babies sitting on the exit row." I just looked at her and showed her my ticket. She had us stand up and asked for people to change with us. Luckily behind us was a big group of singles from a church in Dallas that were on their way home from a ski trip. Two people jumped up and said they would switch. They were all very nice and enjoyed playing with the babies during the flight. When we finally got loaded in our car and back to our neighborhood Zachary was the only one who had not fallen asleep. He noticed where we were and said "Home! YEAH!" and clapped. Then, "Quack Quack! YEAH!" and clapped. Justin didn't think he needed to bring his stuffed duck. And when we got to the fountain he said, "Water! YEAH!" and clapped. I have never seen anyone so excited to be home. It took me all day yesterday to unpack and try to get back to normal. Yesterday after lunch Camden asked what we were doing tomorrow. I told him it was a school day. He said he wanted to get on another plane and go back to Colorado. He obviously missed everything but the snow on the trip.

Camden loved the snow. He now wants to move to Colorado so he can snowboard and play in the snow everyday.
One of Camden's favorite things was sledding. He climbed up the driveway and slid down for hours.
On the way to the car to go to the airport I realized I didn't have a single family picture or any of the little boys in the snow. Camden is sad we're leaving Zachary is still whining.

I have decided to start a blog for 2008. Hopefully family and friends can now keep up with the Potter family. I have great plans to keep this updated even with 1 husband, 3 active boys and 1 new puppy. We'll see how long that lasts! I wanted to post some new pictures of they boys. Enjoy!
